“Inshallah a Boy”, a film by Jordanian director Amjad Al-Rasheed, won $5,000 in financial support from the El-Gouna Film Festival, the Arab Cinema Center announced in a press statement on Tuesday.

Jordan nominated the Jordanian feature narrative film INSHALLAH A BOY, by Amjad Al-Rasheed, as the country’s official entry for the 96th Academy Awards (Oscar®) to compete at the International Feature Film category for the year 2024.
